ACF-50

This state-of-the-art anti-corrosion formula was specifically developed for the aerospace industry and is most commonly used on aeroplanes, however is also a popular lubricant for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Presented as an ultra Thin Fluid Film Compound (TFFC) that actively treats metal by using advanced polar bonding technology. ACF-50’s synthetic inhibitors and active chemistry penetrate through the oxide deposits (white powder) to the base of the corrosion cell. Here it emulsifies, encapsulates, and then lifts the electrolyte away from the metal surface, stopping the corrosive process. It then allows this moisture to evaporate while providing an atmospheric barrier that prevents further moisture contact.

ACF-50 actively penetrates the tightest seams, lap joints, micro-cracks, and rivet heads, displacing moisture and other corrosive fluids in these corrosion-prone areas. Its thin film remains active for up to 24 months.

The product is easy and inexpensive to apply and significantly reduces corrosion in structural and electrical systems. Other product highlights include:

Corrosion Block®

This unique product has the ability to prevent and stop corrosion in a broad spectrum of metal and electronic equipment. It is a product of choice in a number of industries, including the marine, mining, industrial, agricultural aand leisure sectors.

In addition to being used for the maintenance of sporting equipment including trailers, motorbikes, quad bikes, snow-bikes, jet-skis Corrosion Block® it has also grown increasingly popular for golf course maintenance, from the golf cart fleet through to the turf and grounds equipment.

Corrosion Block® is presented as a clean, clear, ultra-thin fluid that protects both metal and electronic equipment, both during use, or when it is stored away. The fluid creates a hydrophobic, non-greasy atmospheric film or barrier that protects all metal surfaces and chemically neutralises salt water.

Corrosion Block Grease is a high-performance, multi-purpose grease. It is a highly-effective, salt water resistant grease that contains a unique non-clay-based thickening system. This powerful lubricant is compatible with most other greases, thereby simplifying change overs.

Corrosion Block Grease outperforms lithium and most synthetic greases, and has exceeded the requirements for NLGI Service Classification GC-LB (for automotive wheel bearing and chassis lubricants), which is based on ASTM D4950 performance requirements.

Corrosion Block Grease keeps its original consistency and viscosity; won’t wash out, separate or cake; and remains active against corrosion for up to 12 months. It is suitable for use on high-speed bearings, as well as sealed-for-life bearings and is non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-flammable and non-conductive.
